Job summary

European Wax Center in Glenview, IL is seeking a Lead Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional guest service while driving center revenue. This in-person role combines front-desk leadership with proactive sales.

You will greet guests, promote services and products, manage reservations and front-desk operations, and train fellow associates to meet sales targets. A background in retail or beauty is a plus; availability for evenings and weekends is required, with competitive hourly pay and

Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
• Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.
