Job Location: 4050 El Cerrito Plaza, El Cerrito, CA - El Cerrito, CA 94530Salary Range: $17.20 - $19.00 HourlyFull-Time & Part-Time Hourly + Sales Bonuses Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.


• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.


• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.


• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.


• Manage front-desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.


• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.


• Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.
