Job summary

Sanofi Inc. in Morristown, NJ, seeks an Associate Director Market Access GTN Forecasting Systems & Analytics to lead the enterprise GTN forecasting platform across Market Access workstreams.

You will design, build, and govern Anaplan models, translating business needs into scalable solutions while partnering with IT, Finance, and external vendors. You will also develop training materials, define reporting frameworks for monthly GTN reviews, and drive platform enhancements through governance;

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences market access.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise planning or EPM platforms (Anaplan strongly preferred).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT/Digital, and external vendors.
• Experience developing training materials and enabling business users on analytical tools or platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional expert for the enterprise GTN forecasting platform.
• Understand the Anaplan data model and architecture for scalable design.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications to drive model changes.
• Build and modify Anaplan models, modules, and dashboards as a business-side power user.
