Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences market access with GTN/forecasting exposure.
• Experience with enterprise planning or Anaplan (Level 1/2 certification a plus).
• Collaborating with Finance, IT/Digital, and external vendors.
• Experience creating training materials for analysts or business users.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional expert for the enterprise GTN forecasting platform across all Market Access workstreams, including GTN Channel Forecasting, Accrual & Reserve Analysis, and Pre-Deal and Post-Deal Analytics models.
• Translate business requirements into digital and technical specifications, documenting functional and technical requirements to drive model changes.
• Build and modify Anaplan models and dashboards as a business-side power user, not only as a requirements gatherer.
• Partner with IT/Digital on governance, infrastructure, and deployment, driving business-led model changes end-to-end.
• Define and maintain the reporting framework for monthly GTN reviews, rolling forecasts, and finance reporting.
• Develop and deliver training programs for the Market Access Analytics team.
• Identify opportunities to evolve the platform and manage the pipeline of model changes through governance.
• Coordinate with Data Engineering and Digital teams to ensure data feeding the forecasting platform is accurate and timely.
