Job summary

Solitude Ski & Ride School is seeking a Group Lesson Supervisor to oversee all daily group lesson products for kids and adults, including school groups and grant-funded programs. You will plan daily operations, coordinate program dates, participant inventory, and instructor staffing.

The role requires strong leadership and scheduling skills, safety awareness, and on-snow supervision is a plus. A current PSIA-AASI Level I certification is required, with Level II preferred and 2+ years of industry

• Strong, clear communication and leadership across 1:1, group, and cross-functional settings.
• Dependable, punctual, and accountable with ownership to drive work to completion.
• Knowledgeable of basic computer programs and ability to learn new ones.

Responsibilities

• Develop a high-performing team of instructors through coaching, training, and onboarding.
• Coordinate staff schedules with counterparts.
• Manage daily kids and adult lesson products and oversee school groups.
