Job summary

Solitude Ski & Ride School in Utah seeks a Group Lesson Supervisor to oversee all daily group lesson products for kids and adults, coordinate program dates, participant inventory, and instructor staffing. The role also supports hiring, training, timekeeping, evaluations, and offboarding while maintaining safety and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

On-snow supervision and PSIA-AASI certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong, clear communication and leadership across 1:1, group, and cross-functional settings.
• Dependable, punctual, and accountable with ownership to drive work to completion.
• Able to synthesize data to make objective staffing decisions under pressure.
• On-snow supervision experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a high-performing team of instructors through coaching, training, and ongoing development.
• Determine staff schedules in coordination with counterparts.
• Manage daily kids and adult lesson products and oversee school groups.
• Support daily ski school operations and maintain a safe learning environment.
• Conduct seasonal evaluations and provide timely feedback and recognition.
