Job summary

Schweitzer is seeking a Group Lesson Supervisor to oversee all daily group lesson products for kids and adults, plus school groups and community programs at Solitude Ski & Ride School. You will plan daily operations, coordinate program dates, manage participant inventory, and guide instructor staffing.

This full-time seasonal role includes hiring, training, timekeeping, performance evaluations, and reporting to ensure safe, high-quality ski instruction and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong, clear communication and leadership across 1:1, group, and cross-functional settings.
• Dependable, punctual, and accountable with ownership to drive tasks.
• Able to learn new computer programs and synthesize data for staffing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop a high-performing team of instructors through coaching and ongoing skill development.
• Coordinate staff schedules with counterparts and manage daily lesson operations.
• Oversee school groups and grant-funded community programs and support daily ski school operations.
