Solitude Ski & Ride School is seeking a Seasonal Group Lesson Supervisor to lead all daily group lesson programs for kids and adults, including school groups and grants. The role focuses on planning operations, coordinating dates, inventory, and staffing, while supporting hiring, training, timekeeping, evaluations, and offboarding.

The position emphasizes strong communication, dependable work ethic, and proficiency with basic computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop a high-performing team of instructors through coaching and training.
• Coordinate staff schedules with counterparts.
• Manage daily kids and adult lesson products.
• Oversee school groups and grant-funded community programs.
• Support daily ski school operations and staffing efficiency.
