Job summary

Solitude Ski & Ride School is seeking a Group Lesson Supervisor to lead daily group lesson operations for kids and adults, including school groups and community programs. You will hire, train, and supervise instructors, manage schedules, and ensure safe, high-quality ski school experiences.

The role requires Level I PSIA-AASI certification (II preferred) and 2+ years in the snowsports industry. This is a full-time/seasonal/hourly position with on-snow supervision responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong, clear communication and leadership across 1:1, group, and cross-functional settings.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and accountable, driving tasks to completion.
• Ability to learn new software and synthesize data for staffing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop a high-performing instructor team through coaching and training.
• Determine staff schedules in coordination with counterparts.
• Manage daily kids and adult lesson products and oversee school groups.
