Job summary

Solitude Ski & Ride School is seeking a Group Lesson Supervisor to oversee all daily group lesson products for kids and adults, and to coordinate school groups and community programs. The role drives staffing, training, and performance evaluations while supporting hiring, timekeeping, and reporting in a fast-paced mountain setting.

You will lead a high-performing instructor team, schedule staff, and ensure smooth daily operations with a focus on safety and customer experience on snow.

• Strong, clear communication and leadership across 1:1, group, and cross-functional settings.
• Dependable, punctual, and accountable with ownership to drive work to completion.
• Able to synthesize data to make timely staffing/operational decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop a high-performing instructor team through coaching, training, and onboarding.
• Determine staff schedules in coordination with counterparts.
• Manage daily kids and adult lesson products and oversee school groups.
• Support daily ski school operations and labor management.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and professional learning environment.
