Job summary

Solitude Mountain Resort's Solitude Ski & Ride School is seeking a Group Lesson Supervisor to oversee daily group lesson programs for kids and adults, manage school groups, and coordinate instructor staffing. You’ll plan operations, optimize schedules, and support hiring, training, and performance reviews on snow.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and PSIA-AASI Level I certification (Level II preferred) with 2+ years of industry experience.

Qualifications

• PSIA-AASI Level I certification required; Level II preferred.
• 2+ years of industry experience in snowsports or similar role.
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a high-performing team of instructors through coaching and training.
• Determine staff schedules in coordination with counterparts.
• Manage and execute daily kids and adult lesson products.
• Coordinate and oversee school groups and grant-funded programs.
• Support daily ski school operations and staff performance evaluations.
• Maintain a safe learning environment and professional facilities.
