Job summary

Solitude Ski & Ride School is seeking a Group Lesson Supervisor to oversee daily group lesson products for kids and adults and coordinate school groups and community programs. You will lead instructors, plan daily operations, and support hiring, training, timekeeping, and evaluations.

Qualified candidates have PSIA-AASI Level I certification (Level II preferred) and 2 years of industry experience. Strong leadership and data-driven decision making are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Current PSIA-AASI Level I certification; Level II preferred.
• At least 2 years of Snowsports industry experience.
• Strong communication and leadership across 1:1 and group settings.
• Dependable, punctual, and accountable with ownership mindset.
• Ability to oversee operations and staffing with data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop a high-performing instructor team through coaching and training.
• Determine staff schedules with counterparts.
• Manage daily kids and adult lesson products.
• Coordinate school groups and grant-funded programs.
• Support daily ski school operations and labor-to-revenue management.
• Maintain safe working environment and clean facilities.
