Piedmont Airlines is seeking a Unit Manager, Control Center in Ground Handling. You will oversee station operations, coordinate with internal and external partners, and ensure optimal flight operations while adhering to FAA and security guidelines.

We value a self-driven, results-oriented leader who can manage schedules, resolve irregularities, and drive development of Control Center staff. Weekend/nights/holidays shifts may be required, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Proven success as a Team Leader with ability to pre-plan and identify issues
• Familiarity with FAA and Aircraft Operator Security Program regulations
• Self-driven, highly motivated, creative, and results-oriented
• Ability to prioritize and execute with a sense of urgency and precision
• Work well under pressure, irregular operations, and diverse schedules
• Ability to work with all levels of management and support staff
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Aufgaben

• Identify daily challenges hindering operational objectives and communicate plans
• Collaborate with local operating departments and SOCs/IOC and outside agencies for AA schedules
• Serve as liaison between Mainline and Regional workgroups for planning
• Adjudicate and apply Delay Code Handbook and AYR procedures
• Investigate and resolve operational irregularities per procedures
• Identify development opportunities for Control Center agents
• Correct non-compliant behavior and administer corrective action
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly administrative reports
