Job summary

Piedmont Airlines, Inc. is seeking a Shift Manager, Ground Handling to support the Ground Handling Department. The role reports to Station Management and focuses on operational activities, safety, and security within the station.

The ideal candidate will lead a diverse team, plan manpower and equipment, and ensure adherence to FAA and Aircraft Operator Standard Security Program regulations while delivering excellent service to customers and airline partners.

Qualifications

• : Must have proven team leadership experience and ability to pre-plan manpower/equipment.
• : Knowledge of FAA and Aircraft Operator Standard Security Program regulations is required.
• : Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations with station labor relations, safety, and security.
• Coach and develop staff, manage disciplinary actions as needed.
• Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly reports and ensure policy compliance.
