Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and on-the-job training for new hires and recurrent training in ramp functions.
• Create and coordinate schedules and distribute training material/checklists to mentors.
• Supervise, direct, and monitor personnel to ensure on-time performance and quality customer service.
• Manage administrative duties and daily/weekly/monthly reports.
