Job summary

RemoteLeads seeks an experienced event security operations coordinator to support nationwide and international deployments. You will coordinate between operations centers, clients, zone leads, venue personnel, and public safety partners to maintain situational awareness and ensure smooth event execution.

Responsibilities include leading security and guest-service teams, executing CONOPs, documenting incidents, and training staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in event or venue security, law enforcement, military, or public safety.
• Excellent verbal communication and radio etiquette.
• Ability to lead diverse teams in dynamic environments.
• Strong situational awareness and judgment under pressure.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
• Valid Real ID or passport and a travel credit card.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between event operations centers, clients, zone leads, venue personnel, and public safety partners.
• Oversee assigned operational zones with communication, consistency, accountability, and situational awareness.
• Identify and elevate crowd-flow issues, operational risks, staffing gaps, and disruptions.
• Lead security, guest-service, or frontline teams while complying with event protocols.
• Execute CONOPs and coordinate incident responses.
• Document incidents, client feedback, and significant developments accurately.
• Train, mentor, monitor, and audit personnel on guest engagement, access control, and post orders.
• Support VIP movements, quality control, disruption response, dispatch, entrance supervision, and public safety liaison duties.
• Manage communications, dispatches, incident tracking, logistics, and stakeholder coordination in command centers.
