Job summary

Legends Global seeks a leadership-level security executive responsible for adhering to safety protocols and training security personnel to protect guests, staff, clients, and facilities while delivering a premier experience. The role requires strong operational planning, emergency response coordination, and event security management in live entertainment settings.

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of security and safety programs in public facilities
• Five years leadership in security operation management
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with related experience
• Ability to discern security threats from law enforcement information
• Prior management experience directing, training and evaluating staff
• Experience with union-represented personnel preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and security IoT systems

Responsibilities

• Supervises security shift staff and assigns duties
• Conducts shift briefings for staff
• Reviews department checklist and equipment
• Prints and reviews event resumes with team
• Notifies supervisor of employee corrections
• Secures property and locks/unlocks doors for events
• Performs routine property walks and responds to emergencies
• Handles incident and property damage reports
• Interacts with the public and management levels
• Ensures camera systems function and data storage
