Job summary

Elite Investigations is seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager to lead daily security operations across multiple client locations in a full‑time capacity. The role requires proactive leadership, a background in security, and a focus on balancing operational efficiency with exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate will oversee staffing, training, and compliance, while maintaining strong client and employee relationships and ensuring licenses and post orders are upheld.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of management experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Experience in security industry, military, or law enforcement REQUIRED.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling/payroll systems.
• Must have valid Driver’s License and Security Guard License where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Manage long-term scheduling and staffing for assigned client locations.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, security personnel, and leadership.
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure compliance with company policies and post orders.
• Supervise Security Officers, Site Supervisors, and Field Supervisors.
• Monitor staffing levels, overtime, attendance, and employee performance.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and orientation of new hires.
• Ensure timely response to client concerns and operational issues.
• Implement corrective action plans and assist with investigations when needed.
• Maintain accurate operational reports, payroll adjustments, and scheduling records.
• Ensure all assigned personnel maintain required licenses and certifications.
• Support emergency response operations and serve as Manager on Duty when assigned.
• Utilize operational platforms such as WinTeam, Lighthouse, EHub, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
