Job summary

Security Industry Specialists, Inc. is seeking a Lead Officer to oversee security operations across assigned posts, ensuring compliance with post orders and client requirements. You will supervise specialists, liaise with client site representatives, and respond to emergencies while coordinating equipment distribution and documentation.

The ideal candidate brings leadership experience, excellent customer service, and flexibility to work various shifts, Mon-Sun, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Two+ years as a Security Specialist with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proficient in PC and iOS hardware and software.
• Maintain state guard certification as required by state law and client.
• Reliable team player with professional maturity and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee security operations and programs in the assigned area.
• Serve as primary point of contact for client and Specialists during shifts.
• Collaborate with client representatives to ensure proper use of security programs.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, staffing issues, and client requests.
• Initiate investigations and write incident reports for internal personnel matters.
• Distribute equipment to personnel and maintain inventory records.
• Complete personnel documentation and processing as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
