Job summary

The City of Maypearl seeks an IT Lead Systems Analyst for GIS to lead advanced technical staff in designing, implementing, and maintaining the GIS and its integration with enterprise systems.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop geospatial solutions, manage GIS infrastructure, and provide expert support for spatial data and applications, leveraging ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, and SQL Server.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, IT, CS, or related field.
• Three years of full-time GIS experience including database admin and enterprise GIS management.
• Substitution: work experience may replace 30 semester hours of education.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate on technical GIS projects with city staff.
• Develop and maintain GIS databases, spatial data design and editing.
• Manage system integrations including ESRI, FME, and Asset Management software.
• Maintain server/database configurations and perform change controls.
• Develop and troubleshoot web services using ArcGIS Enterprise/Online.
• Provide GIS user support across departments.
• Maintain spatial databases with SQL Server and Esri tools.
• Document processes, scripts, and data standards; train users as needed.
