Job summary

The City of Georgetown, Texas seeks an IT Lead Systems Analyst for GIS to guide advanced technical staff in delivering mission-critical GIS systems. You will design geospatial solutions, manage GIS infrastructure, and provide expert support for spatial data and applications using Esri ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, and related tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in GIS or related field.
Three years of full‑time GIS experience including database admin and enterprise GIS management.
Preference for GIS Professional or Esri Certification.

Responsibilities

Lead technical GIS projects and processes for the City.
Develop and edit GIS databases including spatial data design.
Manage system integrations with ESRI/FME and Asset Management Software.
Maintain server and database configurations and implement change controls.
Develop and troubleshoot web services using ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online.
