Job summary

Strategic Government Resources, Inc. seeks an experienced IT Lead Systems Analyst for GIS to guide advanced technical staff in designing and maintaining our city’s GIS and its integration with enterprise systems.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to implement geospatial solutions, manage GIS infrastructure, and provide expert support for spatial data and applications using ArcGIS Enterprise and SQL Server.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in GIS or related field.
• Three (3) years of full-time GIS experience including database administration and enterprise GIS management.
• Work experience may substitute for 30 semester hours of required education, up to two (2) years.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced GIS projects and coordinate with the GIS Supervisor.
• Develop, maintain, and edit GIS databases and spatial data.
• Manage system integrations involving ESRI software, FME, and Asset Management.
• Maintain server/database configurations; support go-live and operations.
• Develop and troubleshoot ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online web services.
