Job summary

MarketSource is seeking a Lead Generator to proactively engage consumers and educate them on client product benefits. The role requires determining fit, performing product demonstrations, and persuading customers to book a free in-home consultation with the client’s sales team.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in lead generation or retail sales, strong communication skills, and an entrepreneurial attitude. Weekend availability is required, with opportunities at fairs, festivals, home shows, or

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years minimum lead generation, or retail sales experience.
• 2 years minimum experience in successful support roles.
• Must be available to work primarily on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages and educates consumers on the benefits of purchasing the products and services of the client.
• Qualifies the consumer to determine if they are the right profile for purchasing the products and services of the client.
• Performs demonstrations of the client’s products to allow the consumer to fully understand the benefits of the products.
• Convinces the consumer to schedule a “Free” in-home consultation with the client’s sales team.
• Collects and enters appropriate consumer and competitive data required by the client into a MarketSource work order system
