Job summary

MarketSource is seeking a Lead Generator who will proactively engage consumers at events and retail locations to schedule free in-home consultations. The role requires an outgoing personality and the ability to quickly determine if the consumer is a good fit for the client’s products.

You will qualify leads, demonstrate products, and enter data into MarketSource systems. Weekend availability is required; prior lead gen or retail sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years minimum lead generation or retail sales experience.
• 2 years’ minimum experience in successful support roles.
• Must be available to work primarily on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages and educates consumers on the benefits of purchasing the products and services of the client.
• Qualifies the consumer to determine if they are the right profile for purchasing the products and services of the client.
• Performs demonstrations of the client’s products to allow the consumer to fully understand the benefits of the products.
• Convinces the consumer to schedule a “Free” in-home consultation with the client’s sales team.
• Collects and enters appropriate consumer and competitive data required by the client into a MarketSource work order system
