Job summary

ADP is seeking a Lead Generation Sales Representative to provide quick responses to inbound leads, qualify prospects, and conduct targeted cold outreach. You’ll educate clients about ADP products and work across small to multinational accounts in a fast-paced, training-focused environment.

You’ll operate in a structured day within a metrics-driven call center, with opportunities for advancement and a supportive, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• College degree is not required; essential is the ability to perform the job.
• Strong interest in building a career in sales.
• Proficiency in PC and web-based applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively through verbal, listening, and written mediums.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified sales opportunities (QSOs) based on criteria defined by the sales team.
• Reach or exceed daily quotas for dials, conversations, talk time and QSO production.
• Follow business processes and use tools such as Salesforce.com, Eloqua, Contractual, and referral systems.
• Nurture cooperative relationships with ADP sales teams.
• Support the Inside Sales force and assist in closing processes.
