Job summary

CoverGo is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to guide the design, implementation, and maintenance of our SaaS insurance platform. You will provide technical direction across frontend and backend, mentor developers, and drive scalable, secure solutions in a collaborative, global team.

Responsibilities include architecture leadership, code reviews, performance optimization, and ensuring regulatory compliance while staying ahead with new technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer
• 2+ years in a lead/manager role
• Strong back-end: .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, Docker
• Front-end: JavaScript, Vue.js and/or React.js
• Cloud: AWS/Azure/Google Cloud for scalable apps
• Experience with microservices and clean architecture
• Experience with TDD and testing libraries
• Familiarity with DDD principles
• Strong security and regulatory compliance knowledge
• Excellent communication across diverse teams

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of insurance enterprise software
• Provide technical direction and architecture guidance
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering for requirements
• Optimize performance for large datasets and high traffic
