CoverGo is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to guide the design, implementation, and maintenance of its SaaS platform. You will mentor developers, drive architectural decisions, and ensure scalable, secure software across frontend and backend stacks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Full Stack Engineer with SaaS leadership experience.
• 2+ years in a lead/manager role guiding teams.
• Strong backend: .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, Docker.
• Strong frontend: JavaScript, Vue.js and/or React.js.
• Cloud proficiency: AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Experience with microservices and clean architecture.
• Proficient in TDD, unit/integration/function testing.
• DDD principles for modular architecture.
• Security best practices and regulatory compliance experience.
• Proactive problem solving and effective cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the SaaS platform.
• Lead front-end and back-end technology decisions and architecture.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to ensure cohesive solutions.
• Optimize platform performance for large datasets and high traffic.
• Lead code reviews and promote high code quality standards.
• Address bugs promptly to uphold platform reliability.
• Ensure security/compliance and adhere to regulations.
• Stay current with new technologies and best practices.
• Design scalable architecture to accommodate growth.
• Mentor junior developers and drive team growth.
