Job summary

CoverGo is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to guide the design, implementation, and maintenance of our innovative SaaS platform. You will provide technical direction across front-end and back-end, mentoring the team to deliver scalable and secure software.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, optimize performance for high-traffic use, and enforce best coding practices while staying ahead with new technologies and industry standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience
• At least 2 years in a lead/management role
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, and Docker
• Front-end experience with JavaScript, Vue.js and/or React.js
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience with microservices and clean architecture
• TDD and test automation across unit/integration/functional tests
• Knowledge of DDD and domain-driven design
• Security, compliance, and high-traffic web app best practices
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of insurance enterprise software solutions
• Provide technical direction to the team across front-end and back-end technologies
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to understand requirements
• Optimize platform performance for large datasets and high user traffic
• Conduct and lead code reviews, enforce coding standards
• Investigate and address bugs to uphold reliability
• Ensure security and regulatory compliance for web apps
• Stay updated with latest technologies to keep the platform competitive
• Design scalable and flexible platform architecture
• Mentor junior developers and foster their growth
