Job summary

CoverGo is seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Engineer to guide the design and delivery of our SaaS platform for the Insurtech market. You will mentor engineers, set technical direction, and ensure scalable solutions across front-end and back-end stacks.

You will collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate user needs into robust architectures, optimize performance, and uphold security and quality in a fast-growing, international environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Full Stack Engineer leading complex SaaS apps.
• 2+ years in a lead/manager role guiding teams.
• Backend: .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, Docker.
• Frontend: JavaScript, Vue.js and/or React.js.
• Cloud: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with microservices and clean architecture.
• TDD and testing across frontend and backend.
• DDD principles for modular architecture.
• Web security best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Performance optimization for high-traffic apps.
• Container tech and cloud infra understanding.
• Agile, cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive debugging.
• Effective communication with diverse teams.
• Passion for staying updated with tech trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of insurance enterprise software.
