Job summary

CoverGo is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to guide design, implementation, and maintenance of our SaaS platform. You will provide technical direction across front-end and back-end, collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance software.

You will mentor junior developers, drive code quality through reviews, and stay ahead with the latest technologies to keep CoverGo competitive in the insurtech space.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Full Stack Engineering with SaaS experience.
• 2+ years in lead/manager role guiding teams.
• Proficiency in back-end tech: .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, Docker.
• Proficiency in front-end: JavaScript, Vue.js and/or React.js.
• Cloud experience: AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Experience with microservices and clean architecture.
• Strong emphasis on TDD and testing (unit/integration/functional).
• Knowledge of DDD, security best practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with Agile development and cross-functional collaboration.
