Job summary

Brillio is hiring a Lead Full Stack Developer to drive design, development, and delivery of scalable cloud-native applications across frontend and backend. You will own end-to-end delivery, mentor engineers, and influence architecture decisions in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

The role emphasizes React, TypeScript, Go/Java/Python/Node.js, and AWS along with containerization, CI/CD, and strong emphasis on security, reliability, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Backend experience with Go, Java, Python, or Node.js APIs/microservices.
• Relational and NoSQL databases experience.
• Strong AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CircleCI experience.
• Experience with testing and observability tools.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools and Agile/Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade full-stack apps across frontend, backend, cloud, and data layers.
• Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS with containers, CI/CD, automation, and monitoring.
• Own features end-to-end from design to deployment and production support.
• Lead design discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews; drive testing, security, observability, performance.
