Job summary

CoverGo Limited is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to guide the architecture, design, and maintenance of our SaaS platform. You will mentor the team, drive technical excellence, and ensure scalable, secure solutions across front-end and back-end technologies.

You will collaborate with product, design, and engineering to translate end-user requirements into robust, high-performance software, while promoting best practices and modern development patterns.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Full Stack experience leading SaaS apps.
• 2+ years in a lead/manager role
• Strong backend with .NET Core/C# and GraphQL
• Frontend with JavaScript, Vue.js and/or React.js

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of our SaaS platform with technical direction.
• Provide guidance on tech selection, architecture, and best practices.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering for cohesive solutions.
• Optimize platform performance for large data sets and high traffic.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards across teams.
• Mentor junior developers and drive team growth and engagement.
• Ensure security and regulatory compliance for web apps.
• Stay updated on latest tech trends and guide the team accordingly.
• Design scalable architecture to support evolving features and user growth.
