Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC in Washington, DC is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the Site Manager in running daily operations, supervising frontline teammates, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ASM may handle car wash or lube center duties, participate in onboarding and coaching, and help ensure safety and brand standards across express, full-service, and flex sites. This role offers growth toward site leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year experience in a supervisory role within a car wash or similar retail environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Must meet certification and regulatory standards as defined by federal, state, and local laws.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise frontline team during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Model and reinforce expected service behaviors, team communication, and adherence to brand standards.
• Provide coaching, real-time feedback, and recognition to team members to support performance.
• Assist Site Manager in onboarding and training new team members.
• Support a "One Team" Spotless Brand culture by modeling teamwork and alignment with standards.
• Serve as an escalation point for customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor daily operations, including wash quality, customer flow, staffing, and cleanliness.
• Complete opening/closing duties, daily logs, shift checklists, and other operational tasks.
• Assist in inventory control, supply restocking, and minor equipment checks.
• Partner with the Site Manager to ensure compliance with safety, maintenance, and operational policies.
