Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the Site Manager in daily operations at our brick-and-mortar car wash and service locations. You will supervise frontline staff, ensure service quality, and help drive customer satisfaction.

The role offers leadership development opportunities, with exposure to hiring processes and shift leadership across express, full-service, or flex sites depending on location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of one year experience in a supervisory role within a car wash or other customer-focused retail environment is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location and responsibilities).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate frontline team during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Model and reinforce brand standards and service behaviors.
• Provide coaching, real-time feedback, and recognition to team members.
• Assist Site Manager in onboarding and training new team members.
• Support a team culture and adapt to operational changes while ensuring customer satisfaction.
