Spotless Brands LLC is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the Site Manager with frontline leadership, shift execution, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will supervise team members, model service standards, and coordinate daily operations to keep the site running smoothly.

In this role, you may work at express, full-service, or flex sites, with exposure to car wash or lube services. You will help training new staff and ensure safety and quality across operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory role within car wash or customer-focused retail.
• Must be 18 years or older; valid driver’s license preferred.
• Compliance with applicable certifications and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate frontline team during shifts.
• Model service behaviors and brand standards; provide coaching and feedback.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new team members.
• Support customer satisfaction and promote positive experiences.
• Monitor operations, safety, and adherence to SOPs.
• Lead daily opening/closing duties and shift tasks.
