Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support daily site operations, supervise frontline staff, and ensure an outstanding customer experience at our locations. You will assist in coordinating daily tasks, coaching team members, and helping maintain brand standards across service areas.

This role offers exposure to leadership development, with responsibilities that may include onboarding, shift leadership, and collaboration with Site Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a car wash or customer-focused retail environment.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Must meet safety and regulatory standards as defined by laws and site policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate frontline team during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Model and reinforce expected service behaviors, team communication, and brand standards.
• Provide coaching, real-time feedback, and recognition to team members to support performance.
• Assist Site Manager in onboarding and training new team members.
• Support a strong Spotless Brand culture by modeling teamwork and adapting to operational changes.
