Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support daily operations, supervise frontline staff, and uphold exceptional customer experience at flex sites. You’ll bridge management and frontline work, helping drive service quality and workplace culture.

The role may involve car wash or lube/oil services, and can be salaried or hourly depending on site. Relevant supervisory experience and a valid driver’s license recommended.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory role in a service/retail environment.
• Must be able to pass a background check and meet safety/ regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise frontline team during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Model service behaviors and maintain brand standards.
• Provide coaching and real-time feedback to team members.
• Assist Site Manager with onboarding and training of new hires.
• Support a positive Spotless Brand culture and teamwork.
