Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the Site Manager in daily operations, lead frontline teams, and ensure exceptional customer experience across locations in Virginia. You will coordinate shifts, coach staff, and help drive membership sales while maintaining brand standards.

This role offers a pathway to Site Manager readiness, with opportunities to work in express, full-service, or flex sites, and to contribute to safe, efficient daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory role in a car wash or retail.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to pass background check.
• Valid driver’s license preferred (location dependent).
• Ability to follow safety and regulatory standards as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise frontline team during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Coach, provide real-time feedback, and recognize performance.
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
• Support customer experience and adherence to brand standards.
• Assist Site Manager in opening/closing and daily logs.
