Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is seeking an Assistant Site Manager (ASM), also known as Car Wash Manager at select flex locations, to support the Site Manager in daily operations, lead the frontline team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role focuses on team supervision, service execution, daily coordination, and training, with potential to work in car wash or lube/oil change services, and may be salaried or hourly depending on site needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a car wash or customer-focused retail environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to handle equipment responsibilities where applicable.
• Driver's license preferred; able to meet regulatory standards and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate frontline team members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Model and reinforce brand standards and service behaviors.
• Provide coaching, real-time feedback, and recognition to team members.
• Assist Site Manager in onboarding and training new team members.
• Support a collaborative Spotless Brand culture and align with safety and operational policies.
