Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is seeking an Assistant Site Manager at our Morgantown car wash. The ASM supports the Site Manager, leads frontline teams, and ensures an exceptional customer experience. This role may be exempt or hourly, depending on site responsibilities and decision-making authority.

The ASM will supervise daily operations, coach staff, and assist with onboarding while maintaining safety and brand standards. Flexibility to cover either car wash or lube services as needed is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a car wash or retail setting.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license preferred (may be required depending on location and responsibilities).
• Must pass a background check.
• Must meet all required certification and regulatory compliance standards applicable to the role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate frontline team members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Model and reinforce expected service behaviors, team communication, and adherence to brand standards.
• Provide coaching, real-time feedback, and recognition to team members to support performance.
• Assist Site Manager in onboarding and training new team members.
• Support a "One Team" Spotless Brand culture by modeling teamwork and alignment with standards.
