Concentra, Inc leads a patient-focused front office team in Memphis, TN, seeking a Lead Patient Service Specialist. You will supervise colleagues, ensure efficient patient flow, and deliver accurate administrative support with HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of clinical operations experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors.
• Check in/out patients using the patient management system.
• Communicate wait times and direct patients accordingly.
• Obtain authorization as needed to process services.
• Explain forms and ensure proper completion.
• Answer calls and route to the appropriate team.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and safety rules.
• Support Center Operations Director and staff in daily functions.
• Assist in maintaining a neat, clean facility.
