Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors.
• Register patients and schedule appointments.
• Explain forms and collect required paperwork.
• Answer phone lines and direct calls.
• Check in/out patients in the system; distribute records.
• Maintain office supplies and organize forms.
• Ensure HIPAA and safety guidelines are followed.
• Assist in processing referrals and communications with Client Support.
