Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations.
• Provide direction and support to cashiers and courtesy clerks to ensure excellent service.
• Schedule and oversee breaks; maintain cleanliness and safety in the front-end area.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers and address disciplinary actions as needed.
• Support loss prevention and maintain cash handling accuracy.
