Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership exposure
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong customer service and communication skills for a team setting
• Ability to operate front-end equipment: register, calculator, scanner
• Demonstrates reliability, organization, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations
• Provide direction and support to Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks at registers
• Assist in hiring and training new Cashiers and disciplinary actions as needed
• Schedule and oversee meal/rest breaks per company policy and state requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and security standards and monitor cash register supplies
