Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years front office experience in a medical setting.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front office workflows to facilitate smooth operations and coordination between front and back office.
• Provide training for new staff and ensure competency checklists are completed.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate testing as directed by the physician.
• Review provider schedules to ensure block schedules are accurate and monitor appointment fulfillment.
• Prepare patient paperwork for daily appointments.
• Collect co-pays and post daily batches into the Practice Management system.
• Enter patient demographics and medical information accurately in the EMR.
• Scan driver’s licenses and insurance cards into Ntierprise.
• Obtain necessary referrals and link them to appointments in the PM/EMR.
• Reconcile daily payment batches and report to Site Manager.
• Schedule follow-up procedures and coordinate ASC cases.
• Assist patients with Phreesia registration.
