Job summary

United Urology Group is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist who delivers superb customer service to patients and staff while supporting office operations with minimal supervision.

duties include scheduling, collecting payments, managing patient paperwork, and entering data into Practice Management and EHR systems. Travel to other sites within a reasonable geographic region may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years front office experience, preferably in medical setting.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, professional first impression of the practice.
• Schedule appointments and assist with testing and referrals.
• Ensure patient paperwork is complete for the day.
• Collect co-pays and balances at check-in; enter into Practice Management.
• Enter patient demographics and clinical information into PM and EHR.
• Scan driver’s license and insurance cards into Ntierprise.
• Reconcile daily payment batches and report to Site Manager.
• Schedule follow-up procedures and coordinate local ASC cases.
• Assist patients with Phreesia registration.
