Job summary

The Saguaro in Palm Springs is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead daily front desk operations and guest interactions with warm hospitality. This role emphasizes teamwork, training, and ensuring exceptional service across all guest touchpoints.

You will supervise front office staff, coordinate with Reservations and Sales, manage schedules, monitor guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards while driving efficient service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Two years related experience in hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional demeanor and guest relations at all times.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Sales and Front Office to optimize revenue.
• Schedule, plan and assign front office staff tasks.
• Ensure staff are trained on systems and service standards.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Monitor front office and public areas for appearance and cleanliness.
• Supervise routine inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Protect monetary transactions and ensure compliance with policies.
• Support hotel revenue generation through effective operations.
