Job summary

The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa seeks a Front Office Supervisor to lead daily front desk operations and uphold exceptional guest service. This role manages check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries with a focus on brand standards.

You will mentor staff, collaborate with housekeeping and concierge, and assist in training while supporting new processes to improve front desk efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of front desk operations experience in hospitality.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) and reservation platforms.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments for smooth guest experiences.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
