Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Lead Guest Services Associate in Orlando to greet Owner/guests, explain villa amenities, and assist with local activities to create memorable vacation experiences.

You will check guests in, manage requests, and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth operations throughout the stay.

Qualifications

• Available to work various shifts, holidays and weekends.
• Able to lift/carry/push/pull items up to 25 lbs.
• Background and drug screening may be required per policy.

Responsibilities

• Check Owners/guests into villas and explain amenities, hours and local area activities.
• Listen to guest questions and resolve issues by coordinating with other departments.
• Handle phone calls and route to the proper department as applicable.
• Ensure outstanding requests are prioritized and completed to guest satisfaction.
• Assist management with training of new associates as needed.
