Marriott Vacations Worldwide is hiring a Guest Services Agent to assist Owners and guests in creating memorable vacation experiences at our villa properties. You will check guests in, explain amenities, and coordinate with other teams to ensure requests are met.

You will also handle phone inquiries, assist with bellman duties when needed, and maintain high standards of hospitality and safety in a dynamic, guest‑focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Check Owners/guests into villas, review amenities, hours of operation and local activities.

• Explain room features and use of key, ice, vending areas, etc.
• Answer phone calls, route to proper department, assist bellman/runner as needed.
• Greet guests, contribute to team goals and uphold company safety policies.
